We are Mission Waco’s Fair Trade Market! We were established in 2006 as part of the World Cup Cafe. In 2013 we opened our own space next door at 1404 Colcord Avenue, Waco, Texas.
We are the only Verified Fair Trade Market in Central Texas between Austin and Dallas!
Any profit we make goes back into Mission Waco. That means when you shop with us, you are DOUBLY DOING GOOD!!
What is Fair Trade?
Fair Trade means that the Artisans are paid a living wage UP FRONT. In conventional settings, workers are not paid until the item sells in America (or wherever), and then they may get paid pennies on the dollar. Fair Trade is made up of nine principles.
